How can I change / cancel an order?
Please contact us immediately. Any costs may be charged for changes to or the cancellation of orders that have already been transmitted (max. order value).
Changes or cancellations are generally possible free of charge up to 2 working days before the delivery date after the order has been placed.

What to do if the delivery is not satisfactory?
If you are not satisfied with the delivery, please contact the partner store or our customer service as soon as possible (within the 5-day satisfaction guarantee at the latest).
If possible, please send us clear photos so that we can clarify your request with the partner as quickly as possible.

What is the Fleurop-Interflora (Schweiz) AG satisfaction guarantee?
The Fleurop satisfaction guarantee states: «We guarantee that your order will be carried out with great care, of the best quality, and delivered on time.
However, should you not be satisfied with the service or quality, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will do our utmost to satisfy you.»
We set high standards for ourselves and our partner businesses.
That's why we offer a satisfaction guarantee. In addition, we ensure the quality of the delivered bouquets in Switzerland through regular test purchases.

What are «The 5 golden rules»?
Because your satisfaction is important to us, we enclose our small leaflet «The 5 golden rules» with every delivery.
This contains the most important care tips so that the recipient can enjoy the flowers for as long as possible.
It also contains the wording of our «Guarantee of satisfaction» and the address of the Fleurop florist who delivered the flowers,
so that the recipient can contact the florist directly in case of any complaints.
