When will the flower greeting be delivered?
Orders for same-day delivery are generally guaranteed if we receive the order by 3 p.m. on weekdays (1 p.m. on Saturdays).
The order will be delivered during the regular opening hours of the flower store. Delivery time requests such as mornings, afternoons or exact times are not guaranteed.
The delivery time is only guaranteed with Fleurop express service, Fleurop exact delivery time service and funerals/memorial services.
Has the delivery already been made?
As soon as the florist in Switzerland or abroad has confirmed delivery,
you will receive a delivery confirmation by e-mail. If an order cannot be delivered, our customer service will contact you as soon as possible.
What happens if the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery?
For deliveries in Switzerland: a notification card with the selected option will be deposited. If the selected option is not possible,
the florist carrying out the delivery will keep the floral product for 2 days for collection at the Fleurop partner store. This will be noted on the notification card.
If a bouquet cannot be delivered due to the recipient's prolonged absence,
costs may be charged to the customer (max. order value). If the customer requests a second delivery, additional service charges will be levied.
What delivery options are available?
As the person you wish to give the gift to may not be at home when it is delivered, we require the person placing the order to tick at least one of the following options for each order:
- may be handed over to a third party (e.g. neighbor, reception)
- may be left at the apartment door
- should be kept for collection within 2 days at the Fleurop partner store.
Who is responsible if flowers left at the door are stolen?
The option «may be left at the apartment door» is the responsibility of the person placing the order if this option has been chosen by that person.
Why can't I select the locality of the delivery address?
Unfortunately, there are sometimes smaller towns that are not listed online. Please try the zip code.
If neither the zip code nor the town is displayed, it is unfortunately not possible to order online. Please contact our customer service.

What should I bear in mind about hospital deliveries?
Some hospitals have instructions regarding flower deliveries. As a rule, only bouquets can be delivered.
Arrangements or compositions with soil or floral foam are usually not permitted for reasons of hygiene.
If you have selected such a product, the partner carrying out the delivery will, if possible, deliver a bouquet in the desired colors and let us know so that we can inform you.
To be able to guarantee delivery, precise details such as department and room number are advantageous.
Deliveries to intensive care units are not permitted. If the flowers cannot be delivered,
the floral greeting will be taken back to the partner store and will be available for collection there for 2 days.
What do I need to bear in mind for deliveries in the event of funeral/memorial service?
Please give us as much information as possible: time of the funeral/memorial service, location (cemetery, church, etc.), full name of the deceased and telephone number of a family member.
Ribbons can only be ordered by telephone. Please write specific delivery instructions in the remarks' field in the event of a funeral/memorial service.
What should I pay particular attention to with hotel deliveries?
The following address details are mandatory: full hotel address, hotel telephone number, reservation name and correct recipient name. The guest's room number is an advantage.
