What does delivery cost?
The service charges for all domestic orders are CHF 19.80. Delivery is included in the service charges.
Exceptions are express orders or exact time deliveries. Further information can be found online:

The service charges for all international orders are CHF 24.00. Delivery is included in the value of the flowers or plants.
Where can I place my order?
We look forward to receiving your order at www.fleurop.ch or by calling +41 44 751 82 82. Of course, you can also order with a Fleurop partner florist.
By when do I have to order at the latest?
As a rule, same-day delivery of orders within Switzerland is guaranteed if the order is placed by 3 p.m. on weekdays (1 p.m. on Saturdays). No deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
For deliveries abroad, different order times apply depending on the country (e.g. different opening hours, time difference). Please contact us for further information.
Can I order a floral greeting with immediate delivery?
Yes, with a Fleurop Express flower order, the flowers will be delivered within 90 minutes of receipt of the order.

How do I find out whether my Internet order has been received?
As soon as the order has been placed online, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact our customer service.
Will my comments in the remarks' field be considered?
Your comments in the remarks' field will be forwarded to the executing florist as a request.
Please note that deliveries at a specific time are only guaranteed for funeral/memorial service as well as for express service deliveries and the Fleurop exact delivery time service.
Why do I have to enter a telephone number for the delivery address?
If the florist has any questions regarding the delivery, it is an advantage if the recipient can be contacted directly.
Is the recipient contacted before delivery?
It is at the discretion of the Fleurop partner store whether it wishes to contact the recipient prior to delivery (e.g. for additional information, door code).
Can I send my flower greeting anonymously? Who's giving the flowers?
If the recipient of a flower delivery is unable to identify or recognize the sender, information can be requested from Fleurop-Interflora (Schweiz) AG or the delivering florist.
Upon clear identification of the applicant, he or she will receive information about the name and location of the person or organization making the gift.
No additional information will be provided.
No information about the sender is passed on to third parties.
What information appears on the greeting card?
The greeting card will only show what you have entered the «Compose personal accompanying text» field. Please sign the card text so that the recipient knows whom to thank.

What should I bear in mind about hospital deliveries?
Some hospitals have instructions regarding flower deliveries. As a rule, only bouquets can be delivered.
Arrangements or compositions with soil or floral foam are usually not permitted for reasons of hygiene. If you have selected such a product, the partner carrying out the delivery will,
if possible, deliver a bouquet in the desired colors and let us know so that we can inform you.
To be able to guarantee delivery, precise details such as department and room number are advantageous. Deliveries to intensive care units are not permitted.
If the flowers cannot be delivered, the floral greeting will be taken back to the partner store and will be available for collection there for 2 days.
What do I need to bear in mind for deliveries in the event of funeral/memorial service?
Please give us as much information as possible: time of the funeral/memorial service, location (cemetery, church, etc.), full name of the deceased and telephone number of a family member.
Ribbons can only be ordered by telephone. Please write specific delivery instructions in the remarks' field in the event of a funeral/memorial service.
Can I order several bouquets for the same address at the same time?
We are happy to deliver several flower items to the same address at the same time. However, this is not possible online.
Please send us a short e-mail with all the details or contact us by telephone. We will be happy to organize this for you.
Is there a flower subscription?
We will be happy to organize several deliveries at the desired intervals to the address you specify.
The flowers will be delivered to the recipient at regular intervals and in the desired quantity.
With a MyFleurop account, you benefit from our points system and discounts. For a flower subscription, please contact us by phone or e-mail.
What should I pay particular attention to with hotel deliveries?
The following address details are mandatory: full hotel address, hotel telephone number, reservation name and correct recipient name. The guest's room number is an advantage.
